40+ Years Of Enterprise Delivery. Now Available On Your Terms.
Konya Advisory Group is an Atlanta-based enterprise Agile transformation practice serving Fortune 500 and mid-market technology organizations across North America.
Our bench is made up of former directors, engineering leads, QA leads, product leads, and VPs who've lived the work from the inside. Careers span from Business Analyst to Global Agile Lead, with hands-on delivery roles at BCG, T-Mobile, HealthEquity, US Bank, Equifax, and Tandem Healthcare. Our practitioners bring an uncommon ability to lead under pressure, manage diverse teams, and connect with people at every level of an organization.
We've led SAFe implementations, coached cross-functional teams through complex delivery programs, and helped senior leaders rethink how their organizations build and ship. Where skill gaps exist, we bring in specialized talent to fill them.
We bring structure without rigidity, urgency without chaos, and a bias for outcomes over ceremony.
-
A Scrum Master runs the ceremonies and removes blockers for a single team. An Agile Coach works across teams, coaching leaders and changing how the organization delivers. A Release Train Engineer (RTE) coordinates delivery across 50–125 people inside a SAFe Agile Release Train, owning PI planning, dependencies, and program-level risk. Konya Advisory Group staffs all three — but we charge based on the problem, not the title.
-
We run a two-week diagnostic across delivery, release, and decision-making bottlenecks. We install the smallest number of changes that unblock flow — usually in ceremonies, release management, and cross-team dependency handling. By day 45 we measure against baseline. By day 90, your delivery output is materially higher, or we extend the engagement at no additional cost until it is.
-
Yes. We're framework-agnostic. We've worked inside Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Spotify-style models, and custom hybrid setups. The framework is a tool, not the destination. What we care about is whether your organization is actually shipping.
-
No. We embed alongside them and make them better. Every engagement is designed so that when it ends, your internal coaches and Scrum Masters carry the work forward independently. If we're the only reason things are working, we haven't done our job.

Enterprise teams — Fortune 500, large financial institutions, healthcare, telecom. Our leadership team brings over 40 years of combined experience as former directors, engineering leads, QA leads, product leads, and VPs who've led transformation work inside major national and global organizations. We're not doing startup coaching. We work where the stakes are high, the teams are large, and the delivery problems are systemic. Where skill gaps exist, we bring in specialized talent to fill them.

Engagements are scoped and priced to the outcome. Retainer and fractional work is billed monthly. Transformation engagements are quoted after a 30-minute scoping call. Request a proposal and we'll come back with a fixed number, a timeline, and a clear statement of what's in and out of scope.
-
Consulting firm. We scope, price, and own outcomes on the engagements we take. We are not a body-shop and we do not compete on hourly rate. When we place Scrum Masters or Release Managers, each one is vetted by the KAG Principal and carries our standard of work.
-
Diagnostics and fractional retainers typically kick off within 2–3 weeks of signed SOW. Full transformation engagements take 4–6 weeks to properly scope and staff. If you have an urgent situation (a failing release, a program in crisis), say so in the proposal form and we will triage accordingly.
